Real support, not one more ticket.
Answering your questions is part of the product, not an option to subscribe to. It's one of the reasons customers come to us — and above all, why they stay.
Asking a question costs nothing
You do not need an assistance contract to earn the right to write to us. You have a question, you ask it, we answer.
Included in your subscription
Whatever your number of users, support is part of the price shown on the pricing page. There is no ticket counter.
An answer, not a redirect
You won't get a link to a documentation article instead of an answer. When the question calls for it, we open your account to understand what is going wrong.
Someone who knows the product
You are not writing to an outsourced call centre discovering the software alongside you. You are writing to the team that builds Hiflow.
Lots of questions? That is a signal
A tool that fits gets forgotten. If you have to write to us every week, the issue is almost never that day’s question: it is a setting to revisit, sometimes a tool that does not match. We would rather address the cause than answer indefinitely.
Some requests go beyond that scope: large data migrations, heavy configuration work, ongoing support for a growing team. In those cases we offer dedicated assistance — and we tell you before we start, never on the invoice.
We'd rather tell you no than let you make the wrong choice
This is probably the most counter-intuitive sentence on this website: we will not let a customer start with Hiflow if we are not convinced the tool is a good fit.
The wrong management software costs far more than its subscription. It costs weeks of configuration, habits learned the wrong way, data to migrate again, and often a team that quietly goes back to spreadsheets. We would rather lose a sale than take part in that.
In practice, before you commit to anything, we spend twenty minutes together. We look at how you work, your volumes, your accounting setup and what you actually expect from the tool. If Hiflow fits, we say so and we help you get started. If it doesn't, we say that too.
Got an idea? It stands a real chance of shipping.
Most of the improvements we make to Hiflow don't come from a product committee meeting among ourselves. They come from requests by customers who use the tool every day.
The filter is simple: is this improvement useful beyond your own case? If so, it joins the roadmap. We rarely add a feature visible to everyone to cover a single need — that is precisely what turns simple software into a sprawling mess.
That does not mean everyone works with the same Hiflow. A good share of specific needs require no new feature at all: the platform already covers them.
Three ways to send us an idea
- By email to support, at any time
- During your onboarding or training session
- Through the contact form on this site
Tailored to you, without waiting for a new release
Three levers cover most specific requests. If your need falls outside them, tell us: there is almost always a way — and when there is not, we explain why rather than staying silent.
Internal webhooks
Trigger an action from an event of your choice: a project status changing, an invoice being sent, a timesheet entry recorded.
Document design
Quotes, invoices and reports follow your brand: layout, logo, legal mentions, visible columns.
API
Whatever the interface does, the API can do too. Enough to plug Hiflow into your own tools or automate what is specific to you.
Going further: training sessions
Support answers your questions. Training helps you get ahead: structuring your projects, making the most of reports, automating what can be automated. One hour by video call with a member of the team, on your own data — not on a generic demo.
- Duration: 1 h
- By video call
- On your own data
A question before you get started?
A specific need, a doubt about an accounting integration, a Peppol compliance point: write to us and we will answer ourselves.
