CodaClean

CodaClean is a Belgian service that digitises bank statements. It collects CODA files from your banks and makes them continuously available, with no paper statements and no re-keying. The Hiflow–CodaClean integration retrieves those files and imports your bank movements straight into your workspace.

Each transaction is then matched against your outstanding invoices: Hiflow recognises incoming payments and links them to the corresponding documents. Bank reconciliation happens on its own, your receivables stay up to date and your cash position is readable in real time.

The principle is the same as Codabox: one mandate per bank account, then a continuous CODA feed. CodaClean highlights unlimited bank accounts, migration assistance and a 30-day free trial.
