What we collect
When you create an account, we ask you for your account name as well as a valid email address and password.This data is necessary for using our services and is stored in our database. If you decide to use the fee-paying versions of our software and pay online, we ask you to enter your contact details so that we can issue a compliant invoice.
What we store
Our applications enable us to store a large amount of data relating to your business: customer lists, invoices, services, quotes, item lists, etc. You manage this data yourself using our products, and it can only be accessed by a user with permission who has logged in with a username and password.
Third party software
Like many web applications, we use third party products:
- Sendgrid: an email platform
- Vatlayer: to validate VAT numbers
Online payment method
Once the month's free use expires, our applications require a fee. We accept two payment methods: Stripe and Paypal. The payment process is entirely delegated to these platforms. No bank details are stored on our servers.
Log file and IP address
When you visit our website, our web server automatically records your IP address. We use IP addresses to help us administer our website and collect demographic information. We do not connect IP addresses to persons that can be physically identified.
If you visit our websites, certain cookies will be placed on your computer’s hard drive. This is solely for statistical purposes. We use Google Analytics cookies to assess the effectiveness of our advertising and the user experience via our website. Although Google Analytics records the information provided by our site for us, we control the use of this data.
